This product uses the 2 AAA batteries supplied, which are inserted into the battery compartment on the underside of the product by opening the battery compartment door using a screwdriver.
To preserve the batteries and promote sound sleep, the nightlight automatically switches off after 45 minutes.
This is often due to weak batteries, which simply need replacing to return to full brightness.
