How do I recharge the Zen Lotus™?

The Zen Lotus™ recharges using a USB-C cable (included). The LED flashes red while charging and turns green once the battery is fully charged.

Should I charge the Zen Lotus™ before first use?

It is recommended to fully charge the product before first use. A full charge will ensure optimal performance.

Please note : a low battery may temporarily disable certain functions such as sound or projection movement.

The Zen Lotus™ does not charge when connected to a USB adapter. Is there a problem ?

This may be caused by an incompatible “fast charger.” Only use the recommended cable and adapter, such as a USB Type-A to Type-C cable. If needed, please refer to the user manual available on the product page.

How long do the projections and sounds stay on?

The Zen Lotus™ features a programmable auto shut-off timer of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or continuous mode, designed to adapt to your relaxation sessions, meditation practices, or moments of calm.

Can the bulbs in the Zen Lotus™ be replaced?

The bulbs are not replaceable. The Zen Lotus™ uses long-life LEDs designed to last throughout the product’s lifespan.
