Tranquil Turtle™ Rechargeable - Green is a cute turtle, with fabric and stuffing made from 100% recycled fibers from plastic bottles, that glows with a soft light and projects moving ocean waves on the bedroom ceiling, thanks to a unique, patented mechanism.
Tranquil Turtle™ soothes baby and reassures children who are afraid of the dark. A soft plush during the day, it transforms into a nightlight at night. Its underwater light effect is magical, thanks to the projection of moving waves. Melodies and white noises will soothe the little ones to help carry them away to dreamland. It has 4 soothing sounds: underwater melody, Tranquil melody, whale song, ocean waves and 6 adjustable volume levels. An intelligent Cry Sensor, with adjustable sensitivity, restarts the Turtle at baby's first cry.
The brightness of the projection can be adjusted to suit different environments. Light projection & sounds can be used combined or separately. The 23-minute timer ensures complete darkness and silence while your child sleeps soundly. The battery is recharged using a USB-C cable. How do I recharge my Tranquil Turtle™?

The Tranquil Turtle™ is recharged with a USB-C cable (not supplied). The LED flashes red during charging and turns green when the battery is fully recharged.

Please note: the device does not work while charging or if plugged in

Do I need to charge the Tranquil Turtle™ before first use ?

We recommend fully charging the product before first use. A full charge will ensure it works properly.

Please note: a low battery may temporarily disable certain functions such as sound or projection movement.

My Tranquil Turtle™ won't charge when I plug it into a USB adapter. Is there a problem?

This may be due to an incompatible “quick charger”. Use only the recommended cable and adapter such as a USB Type-A to Type-C cable. If necessary, consult the user manual on the product page.

Can I leave the nightlight projection and sound on all night?

To preserve the battery and promote sound sleep, the nightlight switches off automatically after 23 minutes.

Can the bulbs in the Tranquil Turtle™ be replaced?

The bulbs are not replaceable. The Tranquil Turtle™ uses long-life LED's. They are designed to function for the life of the product.

Can I use sound only ?

The main function of the Tranquil Family is to create a soothing light projection. It is possible to adjust the volume of the sound and the intensity of the projection, depending on the desired level.

I’m a loyal customer with a story for you about your product if you don’t mind taking a moment to read this.

When I was around the age of 6 and my little brother was around the age of 3, my Grandpa gifted him your Tranquil Turtle night light stuffed animal. I saw this and became insanely jealous so my Grandpa did the same thing and gifted me one as well. This was very important to me because I’ve always been scared of the dark, especially when falling asleep by myself, and my last nightlights were cheaper quality and didn’t have features nearly as impressive as the Tranquil Turtle. From that point on, I have used your nightlight every single night as well as the added feature of white noise or music (depends on my mood).

I am 17 years old and only a couple of months away from adulthood and for the past 11 years or so this turtle has stayed in perfect condition. From the lights to the speaker to the thing that moves around to make waves on my ceiling, there has not been one hiccup in all of these years.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love your product and couldn’t sleep without it even as someone way too old to have a fear of the dark. If one day I have kids of my own, trust they will be using a Cloud.b night light.
