Contacta con nuestro equipo de soporteEste producto necesita 3 pilas AA (no incluidas), que deben introducirse en el compartimento de las pilas situado en la parte inferior del producto abriendo la tapa del compartimento de las pilas con un destornillador.
Para conservar las pilas y favorecer un sueño profundo, la luz nocturna se apaga automáticamente a los 45 minutos.
Las bombillas no son reemplazables. Los Twilight Buddies™ utilizan LED de larga duración. Están diseñadas para funcionar durante toda la vida útil del producto.
Esto suele deberse a que las pilas están gastadas; basta con cambiarlas para recuperar toda la luminosidad.
