What type of batteries are compatible with this product? Are they included?

This product requires 3 AAA batteries (not included), which must be inserted into the battery compartment on the underside of the product by opening the battery compartment door using a screwdriver.

Can I leave the nightlight projection on all night?

To preserve the batteries and promote sound sleep, the nightlight automatically switches off after 45 minutes.

Can the nightlight bulbs be replaced?

The bulbs are not replaceable. Twinkles To Go Octo™ uses long-life LED's. They are designed to function for the life of the product.

Why does my nightlight projection fade or some colors no longer work?

This is often due to weak batteries; simply replace them to return to full brightness.
